The following terms and conditions are in line and consistent with the basic terms and conditions commonly used for all gatherings or live performance events:

We reserve the right to eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, who uses abusive language, or who fails to comply with the rules of the event. You are liable for any damages you cause to the venue and its contents if deemed to be responsible through negligence or deliberate acts. You may not bring illegal drugs, controlled substances, laser pointers, and weapons of any kind into the premises. Anyone ejected for the reasons stated above will not be entitled a refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price. You assume all risks incidental to the event for which this ticket was issued, including any injury arising from any sudden crowd movements whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, and holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue/facility, artist(s) performing, participants, participating clubs, hosts are expressly released from any claims arising from such causes.
